Following a domestic fight, police arrested a lady and placed her into the back seat of a police car.  A rear passenger window was left open three-inches so she would get fresh air while the officer was getting more information elsewhere.  While the officer was busy, she pulled down and crawled through the window. She was later found without the handcuffs and her shoes.  The rear passenger window was out of its track and a metal guide strip was bent.  The window was also bent.

A man with fake documents was standing outside an unmarked police car with an officer while the officer looked at the documents.  The man jumped into the driver seat of the unmarked police car and started to speed away as the officer struggled with the man.  The man drove the stolen police car dragging the officer for about 700 feet, hitting parked cars along the way.  The man  abandoned the stolen police car and was captured.  The officer barely missed falling under the stolen police car, but was still slightly injured and the man who stole the unmarked police car was also injured.

A guard was transporting three prisoners in handcuffs, shackles, and belly chains in transport van.  The guard left two males in the van and escorted a female prisoner to the restroom.  When the guard and female prisoner returned, the other two prisoners, convicted sex offenders, had slipped out of their restraints and escaped the van.  One prisoner was found about 2 hours later and the other prisoner 7 hours later after a large intense manhunt.

Police were called about a man with a gun.  When officers arrived the man fled on foot but was found hiding in a building and taken into custody.  The man was placed in the back seat of a caged and locked police car with his hands cuffed behind his back.  While in the back seat of the police car, the man managed to step through the cuffs, bringing his hands to the front, and forced his way through a prisoner partition or cage into the front seat of the police car.  The man then stole the police car and sped away.  Officers found the stolen police car abandoned.  Hours after the escape, officers did arrested the man in a wooded area.

An officer detained two subjects in a caged police car.  One of the subjects was able to squeeze through the plexiglass divider in the police car and get into the driver's seat.  The subject sped off in the police car while the officer was outside the police car.  The officer fired two shots at the stolen police car.  The subject led numerous officers on a high speed chase covering 10-mile and two-counties.  During the chase the subject slammed into another vehicle before finally abandoning the stolen police car and both subjects fleeing on foot, before being captured.
