who was found to possess cocaine. The subject was handcuffed and

additional drugs. After a few minutes, the deputy heard a noise
and saw the man running down the road with the bag of cocaine in his

foot a second time. Additional officers helped in the search. The subject was
located and again taken into custody.

SUV. Shaun Jones, 26, of Sacramento was pronounced dead at the scene after being

detention center after court by a private transport company. The driver stopped to
check on the juveniles after she heard a lot of movement in the back of the transport
van. When the driver opened the van door, the two juveniles assaulted the van driver
and took her keys. The juveniles were located and captured by police a while later.

the rear passenger side window. The lady was then placed into leg shackles and
during transport to the police station, the lady was able to escape out the broken window
of the police car still in leg shackles and handcuffs. After a brief search
involving numerous police departments, the lady was taken back into custody.

police car. While officers searched for a 3rd subject, the female attempted to get a

Police arrested a man for outstanding warrants.
The man was handcuffed behind his back and placed seatbelted in the front passenger seat
of the police car because a police dog occupied the back seat. The officer was
conferring with another officer on the scene when the man was able to move his hands under
his legs, get his arms around in front, and steal the police car. Officers chased
the stolen police car and the man abandoned the stolen police car and captured after he
attempted to flee and hide.
